Week 2

Community Helpers

In our everyday lives there are people who help us in our community. These people help keep us safe and offer us their services. They are called community helpers. Community helpers are people such as police officers, firemen, teachers, and doctors. They are there to care for us and help do the things we need. For example, librarians help us find books, firemen help us stop fires, and teachers help us learn. This week you will find out different ways to show your appreciation for all the things that they do.
